Dear passengers,
we inform you that we will stop selling the following company’s own products of Arriva d.o.o.:
- COUPON TICKET
- VALUE/CREDIT TICKET
on 31 December 2023.
Purchased tickets can be used until they are used up, or at most until 30 June 2024.
After this date, it will be possible to arrange returns for any unused payments/credits at our points of sale within the general limitation period of 5 years and in accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
