NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AT THE ARRIVA d.o.o. COMPANY LOCATIONS

The company Arriva d.o.o. performs video surveillance at the following locations: Mirka Vadnova 8, Kranj (live monitoring to enable access to the location, video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property), Meljska 97, Maribor (live monitoring to enable access to the location, video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property), Mlinska 28, Maribor, (video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property), Bus stop Ptuj, Osojnikova 11, Ptuj (live monitoring to enable access to the location, video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property), Bus stop Slovenska Bistrica, Kolodvorska 10, Slovenska Bistrica, (video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property), Medičeva ulica 15, Novo mesto, (video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property), Perovo 30, Kamnik, (video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property), Tourist Office Alpetour, Ljubljanska cesta 82, Domžale, (video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property), Central bus stop Koper, Kolodvorska (video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property), Škofja Loka Trata parking lot (video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property), Jesenice, Cesta maršala Tita 67 (video surveillance to ensure the safety of people and property), Tržič, Mlaka parking lot (video surveillance to ensure safety people and property). Locations where video surveillance is carried out, are appropriately marked with a notice.

Video surveillance is carried out based on the decision of the director of the company, and with the aim of ensuring the safety of people (our employees and visitors) and property, as well as to ensure control of entry and exit to the premises.

We collect the following personal data on the basis of video surveillance:

  1. a snapshot of an individual (image, video),
  2. place of recording,
  3. date of recording,
  4. the time of entry and exit to the company’s premises,
  5. time spent in the controlled area.

Personal data collected through video surveillance is stored in accordance with ZVOP-2, but for a maximum of 6 months. After this period, personal data is automatically deleted.

As an individual, you can exercise several rights, in particular the right to request access to your data (record) from us. You can exercise your rights by sending a request to: dpo@arriva.si.

Recordings obtained on the basis of video surveillance can be used only by authorised persons and only in cases where there is a valid legal basis for such use (to resolve unexplained events that threaten or have threatened the safety of our employees, visitors or our property). Recordings may be forwarded to the competent state authorities in investigative or other procedures, if they prove a legal basis for such request.
