The Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy has adopted a decision enabling the free extension of the validity of June subsidized monthly tickets for schoolchildren and students until 31 August 2026.
Students and students who purchase a monthly subsidized regional or city ticket for the month of June 2026 will also be able to use public transport within the IJPP system (Integrated Public Transport) in the summer months of July and August at no additional cost. The extension is carried out automatically.
With this measure, the ministry wants to encourage young people to sustainable mobility and enable the use of public transport for leisure and other activities during the summer period.
