We are pleased to inform you that we have been awarded the full Family Friendly Enterprise certificate, through which we have gradually implemented a number of family-friendly measures to help employees balance their professional and private lives. We will gradually add a few more new measures to those that have already become part of our culture. The measures have been aligned with the standards prescribed by the advisory and audit process required to obtain the Family-Friendly Company certificate.

- Increase applications from women for driver roles, with each business aiming for a 10% YOY increase in new women drivers
- 10% increase in leaders and managers from an underrepresented group
By 2030:
- 25% of leaders and managers are from an under-represented group
- 50% of leaders and managers are women
- 100% increase in the number of women drivers
