In the area of the Municipality of Kranj, the method of using the CeKr card when riding intercity buses on GJS lines is changing.
From April 1, 2026, boarding a bus by simply showing the CeKr card will no longer be possible. Upon boarding, passengers must validate their CeKr card at the IJPP terminal.
Additional information:
- Registered tickets are no longer issued.
- Revalidation of the CeKr card is required for each transfer within the area of the Municipality of Kranj.
- The system operates according to the principle of “fair pricing”, which means that the passenger is charged a maximum of one ticket per day, regardless of the number of transfers.
