Due to technical adjustments, the transition period for using Arriva tickets will last until March 31, 2025. After this date, validation on city buses in Kranj will only be possible with IJPP tickets and the CeKR card.
Ticket Purchase for March
Passengers who have Arriva tickets and do not yet have a CeKR card can purchase an Arriva monthly ticket for March 2025 until the end of February.
Use of Tickets for School Transport
Eligible school transport passengers can continue using Arriva tickets until the end of the transition period. After this, validation will only be possible with the CeKR card.
Intercity Lines and Paper Tickets
On intercity routes Kranj–Podreča, Kranj–Žabnica, and Kranj–Golnik, the Arriva card will remain valid at least until the end of March.
- Ticket payment on these routes is currently cash only, and passengers receive a printed ticket upon boarding.
- Fares remain unchanged:
- Day ticket: €1
- Monthly ticket: €10
- Holders of monthly tickets will also have unlimited access to city transport.
Refund of Unused Tickets
After the transition period, unused Arriva ticket balances can be refunded at Arriva sales points, including reimbursement for chip or card replacements.
- Annual tickets purchased in 2024 and valid beyond February 28, 2025, can be refunded until the end of 2025.
