Dear passengers please be informed that due to the sport event Luka Koper 8. Istrski maraton on Sunday, 10 April 2022, operation of bus traffic will change on are of municipality Koper and Izola.
On line Koper-Piran-Koper between 8.45 and 11.15 o’clock operation of bus transport on area of municipality Koper will change (bus stops that will not be operated: Luka, Sv. Ana, Banka, Zeleni park in Tržnica).
Through the centre of Izola a complete road closure will be between 9.15 and 14.30 o’clock. During that time buses will drive along Prešernova cesta and stop on a temporary supplementary bus stop at elementary school Vojka Šmuc in direction towards Piran or on the other site of the road in direction towards Koper. During the time of the road closure following bus stops will not be operated: Izola Mehano, Izola, Izola reš.post. in Simonov zaliv in both directions.
Line Koper-Ankaran-Lazaret-Koper will from 8.45 and 11.15 o’clock operate different on area of municipality Koper. Buses will from main bus station in Koper drive directly till bus stop Bertoki ZAD, the same goes in the opposite direction.
During the time of the road closure following bus stops will not be operated: Luka, Sv. Ana V.n. and Banka.
Due to the event and changed bus traffic operation delays could occur. We kindly ask passengers to that this into account when planning their journeys.
