Due to the resurfacing of the carriageway on the following two sections of the national road, a long-term complete closure of the road is planned with an organized detour:
- R3-638/1132 Begunje – Bistrica (Tržič), from km 2.230 to km 3.020 (PHASE 01)
- R3-638/1132 Begunje – Bistrica (Tržič), from km 3.990 to km 4.170 (PHASE 02)
During the total closure, buses will run between Tržič and Begunje along the following route:
Radovljica – Begunje na Gorenjskem – Zapuže – Črnivec – Zvirče – Tržič
Tržič – Zvirče – Črnivec – Zapuže – Begunje na Gorenjskem – Radovljica
During the closure, the following stops will be closed in both directions:
Gor. Žaga, Slatna, Srednja vas, Zadnja vas, Veterno, Leše, Hudi Graben, and Visoče.
The complete closure is planned to last for up to twenty (20) days, from 2 August 2024 to 31 August 2024.
