Dear passengers please be informed that from Monday 22. 6. 2020 on passengers will again be able to enter the regional and city Arriva buses at front door.
The second and third doors will be used only for exiting the bus.
For fare payments passengers are kindly asked to use as much as possible contactless cards.
We recommend purchase of tickets in presale:
- REGIONAL TRANSPORT: at IJPP selling points or over web sale https://ijpp.arriva.si/
- CITY TRANSPORT: at selling points in the municipality and ticket vending machines.
At the same time also ticket sale will be enabled on regional and in city transports Jesenice, Kranj and Novo mesto. We kindly ask the passengers to prepare an exact amount of money and by this enable a faster entrance and on time departure of the bus.
At city transport Koper and Piran tickets cannot be purchased on the bus at the driver.
To prevent COVID-19 spread during the drive with buses you are still mandated to wear a FACE MASK and to SANITIZE HANDS. We ask passengers to follow measurements and by this take care of their safety and the safety of others and our drivers. Please enter our buses only if we are health, practise good HAND and COUGH HYGIENE, maintain a safe distance, wear a face mask, disinfect hands when entering and exiting the bus and touch as little surfaces on the bus as possible.
