Dear passengers please be informed the due to a closure of Koroška cesta in Maribor from Friday, 31 January, till foreseeable end of April 2020, operation of regional bus line transport will change.
The regional bus transport will during the time of the road closure be redirected to the right Drava river bank (over Cesta proletarskih brigad).
All regional bus lines coming from Radlje ob Dravi will be redirected to bus stops Maribor Fontana / Terme Fontana – Maribor Planet Tuš – Maribor Ul.Pariške komune – Maribor Slavija / TPC City – Maribor AP.
All regional bus lines coming from Ruše will be redirected to bus stops Maribor Lesarska Š / Limbuška Lesarska – Maribor Planet Tuš – Maribor Ul.Pariške komune – Maribor Slavija / TPC City – Maribor AP.
Passengers arriving with regional bus lines from direction Koroška or Ruše can continue their journey into the city at bus stop Maribor Fontana / Terme Fontana where they change to city transport Maribor bus lines 8 and 15.
Bus change points for regional lines arriving from direction Dravograd or Ruše to city buses are:
- for passengers from Radlje ob Dravi towards Maribor STŠ change of bus will be enabled at bus stop Maribor Fontana / Terme Fontana to city transport Maribor lines 8 and 15;
- for passengers from Radlje ob Dravi and Ruše towards Maribor Tezno change of bus will be enabled at bus stops Maribor AP, Maribor / TPC City, Ljubljanska–II. gimnazija to line 1. A change of buses will be enabled also to line 12 at bus stop Dravograjska – Poljane;
- for passengers from Ruše towards Maribor STŠ change of bus will be enabled at bus stops Dravograjska – Poljane to city transport lines 3 and 19;
- for passengers from Ruše towards Maribor–bolnišnica change of bus will be enabled at bus stops Maribor AP, Maribor Slavija / TPC City, Ljubljanska–II. gimnazija on line 1 and to line 4 at bus stop Limbuška Lesarska.
To drive with city transport buses passengers need a valid Maribor city transport ticket. Highschool pupils and students can purchase a subsidised combined ticket for city transport for 5 euro. This they can do with the existing application form (no change of form needed). The same is valid for half-year and yearly ticket owners that can choose to purchase a city transport ticket also for a shorter period of time.
Other passengers can purchase city transport tickets at selling points of company Marprom (pricelist: www.marprom.si/ceniki-in-vozovnice/mestni-promet/).
