We would like to inform passengers that on Saturday, August 22, 2026, the traditional Fisherman’s Day event will take place in Izola. Due to the event, temporary traffic closures will be in place, which will also affect bus traffic.
On Saturday, August 22, 2026, from approximately 8:00 p.m. onwards, buses will not be able to drive through the center of Izola, so traffic will be routed along Prešernova cesta.
The following stops will not be in use from 8:00 p.m. onwards:
- Izola Mehano
- Izola AP
- Izola Reševalna
- Izola Simonov zaliv
Alternative stop
During the closure, an alternative stop, Izola Livade Elementary School, will be arranged for passengers.
We ask passengers to take into account the temporary change in route when planning their journey and to use the alternative stop for boarding or disembarking.
