Unified IJPP tickets

A single-use unified IJPP ticket is a one-way ticket that allows one journey on the route for which it was issued, up to a price of EUR 16.50. A EUR 16.50 ticket allows travel throughout Slovenia, as well as within zones 1, 2, and 3 of the Ljubljana Public Transport system.

Purchase is possible on an IJPP card, up to 30 days in advance for a specific date.

Validity: from 00:00 to 23:59 on the day for which it was issued. The active validity period of a single-use ticket begins with the first validation and depends on the travel distance:

• up to 50 km: 120 minutes,

• up to 150 km: 300 minutes,

• over 150 km: 600 minutes.

A daily integrated ticket is a return ticket that allows an unlimited number of journeys on the route for which it was issued, up to a price of EUR 18. An EUR 18 ticket allows unlimited travel throughout Slovenia, as well as within zones 1, 2, and 3 of the Ljubljana Public Transport system.

Purchase is possible on an IJPP card, up to 30 days in advance for a specific date.

Validity: one day from 00:00 to 23:59. The last permitted validation is at 23:59.

A three-day ticket is a return ticket that allows an unlimited number of journeys on the route for which it was issued, up to a price of EUR 22 (route-based ticket).

A EUR 22 ticket allows unlimited travel throughout Slovenia (Slovenia ticket).

Validity: three days, from 00:00 on the first day of validity until 23:59 on the third day.

A weekly ticket is a return ticket that allows an unlimited number of journeys on the route for which it was issued, up to a price of EUR 36 (route-based ticket).

A EUR 36 ticket allows unlimited travel throughout Slovenia (Slovenia ticket), as well as within zones 1, 2, and 3 of the Ljubljana Public Transport system.

Validity: from Monday at 00:00 until Sunday at 23:59. The last permitted validation is on Sunday at 23:59.

Purchase is possible up to 30 days in advance. The ticket is issued for a specific calendar week.

Children under the age of 6 travel free of charge.

Children aged 6 up to 16, who are not entitled to subsidized transport, travel with a 50% discount on integrated IJPP ticket prices.

The ticket can be issued on a personalized or non-personalized card, allowing the purchase of general single-use, daily, three-day, weekly, monthly, and annual tickets with a 50% discount.

For monthly tickets, a maximum price threshold is defined. Up to this threshold, the passenger may use only the route for which the ticket was issued. Once the price reaches the maximum monthly fare, the passenger receives a monthly ticket valid throughout Slovenia.

The monthly ticket can be personalized or non-personalized. A personalized ticket is issued to a specific individual, while a non-personalized ticket is transferable.

It is a return ticket and may be route-based (up to 20 km) or a Slovenia ticket (for all routes over 20 km). Route-based tickets are valid only for the specific route for which they were issued (e.g., Ljubljana – Vrhnika). The Slovenia ticket (for routes over 20 km) allows unlimited travel throughout Slovenia, as well as within zones 1, 2, and 3 of the Ljubljana Public Transport system.

Validity: valid for the month for which it was issued, allowing unlimited travel from the first day of that month until the first working day of the following month.

For annual tickets, a maximum price threshold is defined. Up to this threshold, the passenger may use only the route for which the ticket was issued. Once the price reaches the maximum annual fare, the passenger receives an annual ticket valid throughout Slovenia.

Route-based tickets are valid only for the specific route for which they were issued (e.g., Ljubljana – Medvode).

Validity: valid for the year for which it was issued, allowing unlimited travel from the first to the last day of validity.

The Slovenia ticket (for routes over 20 km) allows unlimited travel throughout Slovenia, as well as within zones 1, 2, and 3 of the Ljubljana Public Transport system.

The annual ticket may be personalized or non-personalized. A personalized ticket is issued to a specific individual, while a non-personalized ticket is transferable. It is a return ticket and may be route-based (up to 20 km) or a Slovenia ticket (for all routes over 20 km).

Individuals receive a 25% discount on regular integrated ticket prices during weekends and public holidays. The price of a discounted single weekend ticket or daily weekend ticket cannot be lower than the fare for a distance of up to 5 km, which is EUR 1.50.

Single Weekend IJPP Ticket

A single weekend ticket is a one-way ticket for a selected route.

It can be purchased up to 30 days in advance for a specific date.

Validity: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in the Republic of Slovenia, from 00:00 to 23:59 on the selected date. The active validity period begins with the first validation and depends on the travel distance:

• up to 50 km: 120 minutes

• up to 150 km: 300 minutes

• over 150 km: 600 minutes

Daily Weekend IJPP Ticket

A daily weekend ticket is a return ticket that allows unlimited travel on the selected route on the same day.

It can be purchased up to 30 days in advance for a specific date.

Validity: on the selected day from 00:00 to 23:59 on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Family Weekend Ticket

This ticket allows families of up to 5 persons (Family 5) or up to 10 persons (Family 10), including at least one child under the age of 16, unlimited travel by interurban bus or train on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays within a period of five consecutive days.

The offer is not valid on weekdays from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays).

Price:

• EUR 15 for groups of up to 5 persons

• EUR 30 for groups of up to 10 persons
