Our operators use internal, regularly updated databases and websites of our business partners to provide our callers with accurate data. Information at out INFO centre are at your disposal from 7.00 till 15.00 o’clock at workdays, at Saturdays, Sundays and on holidays our INFO Centre is closed.

Within its registered business activities, Arriva performs also from time to time transports, which include orders made by local or foreign agencies, as well as the Group offers transport to groups organized in advance, which consist of randomly interested individuals.

Our offer includes also transports with tourist and top-tourist buses. Buses of Mercedes Benz, MAN and Setra brands for 19 to 59 passengers offer pleasant, safe and relaxing ride. Buses of EURO 6 ecologic standards comply with all technologically regulated standards and are environmentally friendly. The Group spends substantive assets for the purchase of new vehicles and follows the development of ecological and environmental effectiveness and adequacy of our fleet.

Our drivers are qualified and do manage local and European destinations very well. Provided transports comply with traffic, working and tax legislation – passengers and drivers are insured.

We are transport providers with many years of experience with the goal to pursue safety and technological excellence of buses, thus, we maintain our vehicles in our own technically well-equipped service shops.
