{"id":12870,"date":"2022-01-09T12:36:52","date_gmt":"2022-01-09T11:36:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/arriva.si\/?p=12870"},"modified":"2022-01-10T12:39:44","modified_gmt":"2022-01-10T11:39:44","slug":"in-public-transport-mandatory-rvt-condition-and-safety-mask-and-lower-number-of-passengers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/arriva.si\/en\/news\/in-public-transport-mandatory-rvt-condition-and-safety-mask-and-lower-number-of-passengers\/","title":{"rendered":"In public transport mandatory RVT condition and safety mask and lower number of passengers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dear passengers please be informed that in accordance with the valid Government Decree (Odlok o za\u010dasnih ukrepih za prepre\u010devanje in obvladovanje oku\u017eb z nalezljivo boleznijo covid-19),\u00a0from Monday, 10 January 2022 on, a limited capacity of passengers is allowed in public transport.<\/p>\n<p>The Government Decree defines also that public transport usage is allowed only to passengers that show to the transporter:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a valid prove of fulfilling the RVT condition and personal document\u00a0(an exception are children up to 12 years, elementary school children, high school pupils) and<\/li>\n<li>use a protection mask.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The rules of the Decree are valid for regular public services, special regular services, regular non-scheduled services and occasional services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CAPACITY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At bus passenger transport number of passengers is limited to number of registered passengers in the vehicle, lowered by passenger seats right and behind the driver. \u00a0Transport is carried out without stands.<\/p>\n<p>Passengers are asked to use only permitted seats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CIYT TRANSPORT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In city transport buses passengers can also use marked stands, where between standing passengers at least one metre distance must be enabled, except among persons from the joint household.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ENTRY \/ EXIT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Entrance of passengers is enabled only at the front door, all other vehicle doors are for exit only.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TRANSPORT OF PASSENGERS WITH A MAXIMUM OF EIGHT SEATS IN ADDITION TO THE DRIVER&#8217;S SEAT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At passenger transport with vehicles for transporting maximum 8 seats beside driver\u2019s seat, only 6 passengers are allowed and the seat right from the driver must not be used.<\/p>\n<p>We want to reassure you that, we are continuing to take our lead from the latest government guidelines.
