The website is managed by Arriva d.o.o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To meet accessibility requirements, the following adjustments have been systematically implemented as part of the website upgrade:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsive design (content layout adapts to screen resolution)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content display compatible with assistive technologies (screen readers, Braille displays)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appropriate color contrast (between text and background)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keyboard navigation (for users who cannot use a mouse)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Predictable website behavior<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to add alternative text to images<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of different heading levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Level of Compliance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website achieves level <strong>AA accessibility<\/strong>, as defined by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0). However, due to the exceptions listed below, it is only partially compliant with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Accessible Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We continuously monitor and improve website accessibility. Nevertheless, some published content does not fully meet all accessibility requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Examples include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scanned PDF documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>System-generated documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complex data tables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exceptions include scanned internal and other documents adopted before 2010 and published as scanned PDFs, annual reports, the company organizational chart, and other similar content that must be publicly available under other laws, where adaptation would represent a disproportionate burden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These materials are primarily intended for narrowly specialized user groups, and so far no accessibility issues have been reported.
